Hi, this year after
secondary school, we got a place at
.
However, the place is not for this year. It is for entry
year when we’ll be nineteen. When you take a year off between fi
nishing secondary school and
university, it is called a “gap year.”
In our gap year, we will work
six months in China in
a school for children with no parents. It will be hard work
but good experience for us. After this, we will work in a kids
English camp in Japan. Then we’ll
to Nepal and walk
in the Himalayas for two
before moving to Thailand. If we have
saved enough money, we will be able to relax in Thailand. Then we plan
to
Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam before fl ying home.
We are looking forward to spending a very
gap year. We think it will be a great experience before starting our
next year at university.
